School Newspaper

The Flash!

This term, budding journalists in year six have relaunched the School Newspaper with a new catchy name - 'The Flash'. There have been many news flashes to report on during the first week in print including: an interview with our local MP, Robert Courts; interviews with Mrs White and Esmae; reporting on the recent success of The Lionesses and promoting World Book Day. 

The newspaper pages are also filled with a range of other items such as sports'  reports, quizzes, short stories, book reviews and a comic strip. As well as the core newspaper team members, there are guest writers each week. This allows everyone to be a part of the newspaper's success.
