Who are the Friends of WItney CP,
Registered Charity number 1202090
Every family with a pupil at Witney Community Primary School is automatically a Friend. Some Friends have more formal roles on the committee, some like to volunteer at our events and others will lend their support in many other ways, like baking cakes, running stalls and thinking up fundraisers!

In addition every parent, grandparent, carer, friend, governor and teacher is warmly invited to join any of our meetings, get involved in the groups putting together our events and work together to make this our most fun year of fundraising yet!
Our big project for this year is going to be to raise funds for Project Playground. This includes replacing the astroturf, repairing the quiet areas, planting allotments and much much more. It will be a long term project requiring many thousands of pounds but will make the most of our huge grounds for the children now and for years to come! Again if you have skills or can donate equipment or time in these specialist areas, we would love to hear from you.
